Why?
------------------ Huked un fphoniks wurkde for me! Common everyday questions: Why do girls love bread sticks? Why can't gay people stop being such fags... Why do gay guys love bread sticks? Why can't Microsoft make Halo for PC... Why is AC so cool? Why do they sterilize needles for lethal injections? If "con" is the opposite of "pro," then what is the opposite of progress? My girlfriend is really weird. She asked me, "If you could know how and when you were going to die, would you want to know?" And I'm all, "heck no!" and she's all, "Okay, then forget it then." -- My ex girlfriend, mind you. Why is it When a man talks dirty to a woman, it's sexual harassment. When a woman talks dirty to a man, it's $3.95 per minute... |
Hello... New to this forum :-)
I was wandering if there's a way to stop the game from auto-saving in single player mode? Thanks :-) PS: sorry for my english. ------------------ I'm not afraid to die... Don't wanna be there when it'll happen. |
Well, yes you can disable autosaving.
In Pak0.pk3 under the folder 'Global' there is an 'Autosave.scr' file that you can edit. I just rem'd out all the lines between 'set' and 'end' and it seems to work. I didn't delete them in case I want it back. I use a program called 'PakScape'. I found it on a Quake 3 website. (do a search) I do not suggest modifying the original pk3 files. Make a new one with the Mod. Tinker. |
