PaintShop Pro will do it--they have a trial version at JASC.com. You can also use it to paint skins, resize pictures and etc.

how do i view my screenshots from the game. what program(s) do i have to have. i took a bunch of screenshots of a higgins boat going all the way up the beach and going through the shingle. it was hillarious.

go to www.download.com
