easiest way is to just make a Geocities page and post them on there. i don't think there are any free web-hosting that allows off-site linking. i think you're also going to need to change the file format of those pics. can you post tga files?

The files have to be in .jpg or .gif format.
That is the only way that you can view them.

They also have to be made available on the web. You have to upload them to a server. Make sure you have a http:// address where the pictures point to. Then you can post them on here.
