not the right forum but its still off topic. my free pass ran out, and i have the ones that come with newer games, but where do i enter them in? i cant find it. Also, is their any way to change my name? or how do i delete my current thing and start over, but i dont want to do the credit card thing. help please

you have to phone up the customer service line and cancel your subscription or just ask them what to do. number should be found on the live section on xbox.com
