What does the V1.1 upgrade do to the game play?

From the EA Official MoH:AA Site:

Medal of Honor Allied Assault Multiplayer Patch 1.1 (US)

EA has made available a patch for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault PC. Currently, this patch will only support the North American product.

1. Includes an in-game server browser.
2. Optimizes the game under lag conditions.
3. Allows dedicated servers to be run from a command line.
4. Allows sophisticated users to have remote control of servers hosting games via a command line.

I'm starting to wonder if it's not causing more probs than it fixed--given the trouble posts.

5. Disables all cheats as well.

In both MP and SP!!!

I heard the cheats still work in SP.
