there are quite a few sniper only mods here and i've made some myself. the final version i have disables all weapons but the axis & allied sniper rifles. i increased damage on both just slightly and that's about it. i really didn't do much else to it. the versions before it were nuts. i made'em semi automatic, 1 hit kill weapons so they were fairly unrealistic.
