How about a sticky listing tons of models?
Like the grenades on chest thing. I could start it out with a few if people would reply with models they have. Or if you made a model, upload it to someplace and post it. I'm just suggesting. Would anyone list some?

you need to search for em, im not (and i dont think anyone else is) gonna go through the trouble of listing all these extra gear models

check mohfiles, pmoh, here, clan sites, mod sites, etc theres plenty

How do you make models??? Ive been searching for months for a decent tut that goes through the steps of making the model then putting it in game.
