Yep, It's the time difference...You won't find a living soul from America on at this time (except maybe Solidus), But you will find Europeans and Aussies on around now...As for weapons, I know you could retrieve ammo, but as for new weapons, I ain't too sure, because you start each level with the weapons you will use for that level, but, we'll see...
