secure Allied victory during the landings
of Operation Torch.

in aiding the defense of Norway, on
February 12, 1943. Lt. Mike Powell, 1st

explosives he planetd scuttled the U-boat.

of Normandy on June 6, 1944. Lt. Mike

while the United States was at war, and

meritorious service on January 18, 1945.
Lt. Mike Powell, 2nd Ranger Bn, under
tremendous sniper fire at the train
loading platform at the German stronghold
Fort Schmerzen, protected the assault team
with percise sniper fire, which consequently
escaped with less than five casualties
during disembarkment.

Then depending on the difficulty level you
played on you will get one of the following

Bronze Star
Silver Star
Distinguished Service Medal

There is also something called a
European African Middle-Eastern
Campaign Medal?????
Maybe a casuality of cut-backs?

Also in the pak files is a purple heart
and soldiers medal, dunno how you get those

That's great info...but what do they do for me? I'd like to know if they release something that might be considered of value.
If all it releases is different MP skins, I guess I don't see the point in that since there seems to be alot of them floating around the interent now.

There sure doesn't appear to be a different ending that could be viewed, so is the medal supposed to be the only sense of satisfaction?

Kinda sucks there no Medal of Honor in there, but hey im not complaining. It would be a good idea to have multiplayer medals perhaps, depending on your kills and stuff...what do you think? And people would be able to see them on your multiplayer skin.

It would be cool to have those medals visible on your clothes while in multiplayer games so everyone could see how l337 (sorry for that expression) you are. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

You are my adversary, but you are not my enemy. For your resistance gives me strength. Your will gives me courage. Your spirit enobles me. And tough I aim to defeat you. Should I succeed, I will not humiliate you. Instead I will honour you. For without you, I am a lesser man
