I thought at first they were trying some type of lowjack shit, were if you play the MOH:AA SP and it uses the internet they could log your CD-KEY in while you play to make sure only ONE pc is using your copy, that would be some elite computer anti piracy shit right there ;p

you might be right, but when i first installed the game my firewall told me the .EXE was tryint to access the internet, then i said yes..and when i updated to 1.1 and it replaced the .EXE, it asked me again so i know for sure its the .EXE

Same problem. Perhaps a future patch will address it. Not a big deal, but an aggravaion to go through every time you fire up the game...

not sure, Quake3 did the same thing.
