Help.. OpenGL subsystem error

My friend installed MOHAA, but when he tried to run it, it said:
could not load OpenGL subsystem. How can you fix this?

go to opengl.com and dl it. the same thing happend to me.

It happended to me then i noticed i dint have my Video drivers installed!
