Wow, I must have run past that thing 20 times.

I am in the first stealth mission on the boat and I plant both explosives but can't figure out how to escape. I have been over the boat with a fine tooth comb and still can't figure out what to do after i set the explosives. please advise.

what you have to do is plant the explosives in the front and back of the boat and then get out and away from the boat before it explodes. Then just keep going down that lang corridor to your right as you get out of the boat.

You mean the U-boat? The submarine? It's easy; get out the same way as you got in. Use the ladder.
