Anyone know a console command or some other way to turn off the head bob while running or walking?

don't think you can... that's part of the game. It's the DM Lean Left and Right that you see at work. Looks funny while people are running, but comes in handy while goin' through the map.

You might try:
set vm_sway_side 0 set vm_sway_up 0 in the console; - - - - or - - - - seta vm_sway_side "0" seta vm_sway_up "0" in your "custom.cfg" file. |
