RCON HOW do you SETUP A server CFG??

HOw DO YOU SETUP A SERVER CFG? I READ THE TUTORIALS ON THE SITE BUT I GOT CONFUSED!. I WANT TO SETUP A RCON!!!! SO HOW DO I MAKE THE PASSWORD? biggrin: biggrin:

Maybe it doesn't work cuz you have caps on.
