My fucked up comp

this is what happen, i dont know its my cd-rom dirve and dvd-ron drives are fucked but here i go

My cdrom drived fucked up and I could still use my DVD one but then all the sudden they changed, and now my dvd drive is now my cd rom so i dont know if thats why its not reading and disc or anything anyone know how to create a whole new thingy or know what to do
