Venom skin
 

You're right on the body model not being right for Venom (i still get the shivers when i remember the original Captain America skin mod) so i borrowed the idea from the skinner that did his own "superman' skin and adapted it to Venom. I used blueish texture to hint at the blue outlines in the comic book and put a "Screw Spiderman" on his back for a joke.

Great skin i jus think the whole trench coat is throwing it off.

when you see it in game it works; any othe body doesn't have the muscle dynamics; now if someone wants to make a model........(just make sure there are no ears.

i got a model you could use for the legs but you would have to convert it cause im rather bogged up in on things but it has all the muscles in the legs.

lol looks like a cross between neo and venom. long time ago i made a spider man black symbiote skin, looked perfect. you'd be better off doing one of those....
