Anyone running Doom3 with ...
P4 @ 1.5Ghz
786 Ram GeForce Ti 4400 I want to buy it, but don't know if will be worth it on my 3 year old machine. eek: |
Buy the game. You'll always have it and if it doesn't play right, it'll be ok when you update your rig.
If you're gonna try DOOM on your machine, make sure you have the latest DirectX (version 9.0c) and the latest Nvidia drivers for your machine. Start at the lowest setting in DOOM and work your way up to find a happy medium. Good luck Marine !! |
my specs:
AMD XP2000 (1.67ghz) Geforce 4 MX440, 64mb DDR 512mb DDR-RAM I get around 5 to 20 fps. Average about 12 or 15. I'm not going to bother playing Doom3 again until I upgrade my machine. Save your money for an upgrade. |
AMD 1800 + @ 1.67Ghz, 512mb pc-133, GeForce 3 Ti200 64Mb @ 230/550.
On Medium with 12 fps to 64. On low with fps from 70 to 25. |
