I need help in something
 

Look at this picture:

It changes its color and moves on the screen.
How can I do it?

I looked at the picture that link sends me to and I don't see any color change or movement. The jpg file extension doesn't allow any animation anyway. You can however stich together several gifs to make an anamation with Image Ready or Uleads Gif Anamator.

Its probably a server side mod that flashes the clans' website on your screen to get people to go there. I dunno how you can do it, ask the clan or post in their forums.
