I cannot figure this mission out??? Your suppose to get the tank crew to safety, but they are getting picked off becuase the IDIOTS run out into the streets, and I cant keep up with them becuase I'm whacking Germans........ Is there ANYWAY to make them stay put UNTIL I have cleared out a section, like a command or something??? This is making me NUTS!!!!

That got me mad too. Only thing I can think of other than eliminating opposition faster is standing in front of them so they can't move.

They havn't done that for me yet, they stayed back for me...but I'm not sure why they do that though...haha!

The best way to keep them alive is to stay ahead of them and take out as many threats as you can.

I was able to get through the level after a number of unsucessful tries by doing the following:

1) Moving quickly to cover. Lingering out in the open for more than a few seconds usually means instant death.

2) Taking out snipers from cover.

3) Storming buildings where snipers were hiding and taking them and any other enemies inside with grenades and lots of lead from my Thompson.

The King Tiger Tank is parked out back behind City Hall. You should NOT attempt to take out the Nazis in City Hall by going through the front door. There is a bombed-out building next to City Hall. I took the second floor of this building, crossed over into City Hall's second floor, and rained lead and grenades down on the Nazis. Take out the lone Nazi guarding the tank downstairs out back, and you and the Tank Crew are home free.

You gotta take out the snipers.....they are the main cause of death for your team. They are on rooftops and blown out bldgs.

ahhah mission 5 is crazy!

ok i'll giver a try. another thing can that Nazi Plane that drops bombs on you be shot down???? It did considerable damage upon me, because it came right when I was TRYING to blow up the first tank you come across, so not only was I TRYING to blow the tank up, and hold off the Nazi's popping at me here's this plane dive bombing me, WHAT!!!
