The first thing that caught my eye was the low quality of the source pic, try to use large, high quality pics in your background... makes a world of difference.

Picture is low quality and horrible.

The color is horrible.

The text looks crappy.

Re-Do it.

i think it looks good. the only problem i see is that the text is a little jagged.

: it might just be the font. try to lower the opacity on it some and or make the text a bit smaller. static might be right too about the quality ... i always save mine with teh quality at max
