paint shop pro or photo shop help
 

hey all im new to using paint shop pro and photo shop
and i abit stuck

i was just wonering if there is any way to make a circle
that has a transperent boarder that i can save into .jpg .bmp
fomat?

if not what formats use transparentsy or is there away to make a new
pages that are not square or rectngle

also any help to do with modding with paint shop pro or photo shop
would be appresiated

.gif or .png will show it but people using Internet Explorer cant see a .png I believe..
