If you update your US version to V1.1. It has gamespy built in. This way you don’t have to pay for gamespy or allseeingeye.
Not a perfect answer but at least you don’t have to see all the ads in gamespy.

gamespy is not a trial is it? I've had it for years haven't paid yet. And I have something called "gamespy anti-ads.exe" that gets rid of the ads(not sure if it still works on the latest version of gamespy). plus gamespy can filter to show only 1.1 version servers while the in game list cannot.
