Is there a realistic blood patch? I have one, but it is nothing great. Shows red paint on the floor after a shot, but nothing like max payne shows for blood.

I have that patch also. It is a pretty good one thus far but the color is way too bright for the blood.. almost arcade-like. They are getting better though.

Howdy! If you want a more realistic blood patch intstead of just red paint, you can try either Elite1's blood patch v3.0 at www.alliedassault.com/community/mods/ or CovakBlood at http://www.force137.com/CPR/
These 2 are the best so far.
