FRAPS 2.32

I need help, I know how to film and all but when I go to edit using Windows Video Maker, and I go to trim to parts together it makes it look I was laggin out really bad. cry: Can anyone help me fix this within the nex few hours before I go to film with my clan? It's making me go bonkers mad:
