Nope, ms would know how m,any testers they have seeing as they'd be in test facilities. Id also assume they can detect where the game is being run from and what version it is. Theres only so many testing copies, ip's could also be traced, if theyre dumb enough to play on xbl theyre taking a pretty big risk of being caught.
