HI, any of you guys know the console command for removing the compass and other stuff from the screen?

I have tried the search engine...no luck.

You can remove the compass by setting ui_compass to 0, although the text messages still appear as if it was there.
And you can remove your bottom hud (health, ammo) by setting ui_hud to 0.

Check your 'advanced' options as well. I know there are a number of features in there that allow you to disable many HUD items.
