Oblivion

This game looks absolutley amazing to me.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind has to be one of my favourite games of all time. Infact I was just playing it.

I cannot wait for The Elder Scrolls IV; Oblivion to come out.

These are all ingame screens:

Some of you are probably turned off my the "Lotr" look, or the fact that it is an RPG, and to tell you the truth, I wouldn't have thought I would have enjoyed Morrowind as much as I did. It's open endedness is amazing. Go anywhere, do anything. Steal, kill, bribe anyone and anything. And now horseback is a means of travel. rock:

Is it actually going to have combat this time? eek:

ninty 10-29-2004 06:26 PM

Yeah, that was a major turn off for morrowind.

They have totally redone the entire combat system. As you get more experienced, you'll have new moves and more ways to kill people. And it's your choice in how you want to attack instead of "use best attack" bs.

Sounds good. rock:

Graphics are pretty damn good too.

Any planned release date?

There have been estimates for Winter 2005, but Bethesda hasn't officially said when.
