The sim community has known about this for a while, and I haven't seen it mentioned here yet. DX8 onwards, including the latest 8.1, has a sound de-bug function that MS inadvertently left activated (because they're incompetant). This applet allows you to switch it off, which may improve how MoH runs. It cured a few sim problems for some people, not for others. Suck it and see. Unzip it to your DESKTOP...it doesn't seem to work anywhere else. Look under one of the sound tabs, and put the de-bug slider all the way left.
