Artillery on?
 

I have been on servers where you start out with your rank at the highest level,squad leader.You have the ability to start using the artillery strikes right away and also have the allotted more ammo and grenades and satchel charges.Anybody know how this is done?Is it some command I have to put in my server cfg file?Any help would be great.

hmm no clue man, I did I search and couldnt find anything, try asking any admins in that server if they're idle.
