Older version of AA
OK... newbie alert.
I was a good little boy and bought Allied Assault when it first came out.... great game. Then when Spearhead came out, rushed out and got that too. My problem is this.... when installing Spearhead, it says that I have an "old" version of AA and promptly sticks a patch in the folder. I've been digging around and found the neccesary cheats/mods, but the cheat will not get recognised. I've checked around the forum, but can't seem to find anything close. Is there a patch to either counter-act the "new" patch or one to update the AA exe file? I've already got the "red-dot" cross-hairs and the extra blood mod, but the cheat would help as I'm getting pasted in hard level. Anyone? Evil. T. |
yeah...well here's a great cheat that'll work in SP. you should constantly do it. when you're in a killin' streak, pull down console and type in: kill , then hit enter and see what happens biggrin:

Haha very funny rolleyes: I was posting that sort of reply years ago, when Delta Force first came out. I know I said I was a newbie, but that was on this forum.
Seriously though,if I could kill myself, then it may be a laugh, but i can't even get a silly command like "kill" to work. Is there anyone out there with the answer? Les |
before installing spearhead - did u have the 1.11 patch for aa?

That's OK... I leave the MOD work to those that can. If I try it, the PC makes silly noises and shuts down - well, you get the idea! imwithstupid:
