If you're not getting any replies in your other threads, bump them.

As for your problem, try the Modern Warfare forums.

1. Remove all mods and custom maps from your main, mainta, and maintt folders.

2. Test your single-player. Does the sound work now? Check the sound options.

3. Reinstall.
