how can i get in the .RFA files?

is there a exlorer/editer program?

well no, but i found a RFA eplorer in battlefield1942.filefront.com, but it doesnt work. it also says it needs microsoft framework, i googeld it but i didnt found any loney:

there should be a windows update for Microsoft .NET Framework
