 Ant Lion Troopers! 
		
		
		Its an awesome new single player map.  You are a combine soldier and with your team you have to defend this area in the middle of a desert with lots of spawning Ant Lions.  Kind of like the scene from Starship troopers.  Its really fun and here it is

 np.  its pretty hard and it gets more intense as your teammates die.  Try to keep that machine gunner in the front alive.

 Played it earlier, its more fun if you spawn a gravity gun and run about with one of those turrets hovering in front of you.  biggrin:

 I just picked on up and carried it around. Worked the same and thats how i beat it.

 this map is sweet... cant wait to see what is available in a few months from the SDK

 Man that map rapes my CPU when the ant lions first start attacking. Went from 80FPS+ to 20 when the bodies started flying.

 Im not sure what my frame rate is like on it, it does drop quite a bit when the shite hits the fan.

 Sometimes the game will completely freeze for a few seconds then get back into it, but its still fun.

 Lowest mine goes is like 20 odds, at 1280x1024 4xfsaa 8xaniso, near the end when the gunships come in, im outside running about with a load of bodies laying on the ground.
