Ok, I'm officially stoked for this movie.

The movie is said to be a throwback to '70s/'80s slasher fare...my kinda movie! The film concerns a deformed killer, Victor Crowley, who stalks n' kills a group of folks taking a trip through the Louisiana bayou.

None other than the definitive Jason Voorhees himself, Kane Hodder, has signed on to play the film's maniac. John Carl Buechler (Friday 13th: Pt 7) is slated to do the Special Make-Up and Creature Effects.

Man, how fucking cool is this for any fan of cheesy slasher films. cool:

i saw a com for it on tv ... looks ok but it kind of looks like grudge/ring/xxxx, type flick... honestly im kind of getting sick of this kind of horror flick. it ll be a nice change of pace to see some murder by hammer/axe/kitchen knife.
