Digital Cameras?
What is good, cheap digital camera? My cousin has a sweet one but it is like $500 bucks. I don't really want anything over $100. Any suggestions?
|
i'd rather spend the 500 bucks to get a good quailty camera.
Just try searching futureshop.ca or any other local electronic shops near your home. |
My camera is a...Minolta DiMage S414
Its 4.0 megapixels, and takes some pretty sharp pictures. We bought it around a year ago for $120 @ WolfCamera, but I bet the price went down since then, and plus its the holidays, and digital cameras are pretty hot. |
I don't want anything that can hold 500 pictures. Like 100 or so will be fine for me.
|
man you will not find a good camera for that price your looking for at least £150 (around $300) for anything half decent. But try looking at the january sales - they might have some good offers on!

You weren't making a joke...I got that. You ARE being an ass. Quit making stupid fucking posts or I'll lock your account up tighter than a frog's asshole.
Is that crystal clear? |

Funnily enough I too am looking for a digi camera, I'm pretty n00bish about it all I admit but whats the difference between memory cards, like, they come in 64-512mb yea? howm nay will 512 hold and can they be re-used, etc....
How many pixels should I go for, at least 4 million? obviously it depends on what you use it for but these things don't come cheap so I'd like to hit the nail on the head, any help appreciated loney: example: is this one any good? http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/29__- ... ations.htm |

Truthfully, I have a very low MB memory card (8MB or something) and when I take good photos I want to keep, I save them onto the computer, delete them off the memory card, and reuse it. The higher the megapixel, well, the more pixels you can see, so you'll get sharper, better looking photo's with higher megapixels. 1 megapixel is enough if your not serious about it, 10 megapixel's are for like professional photo-taker. 5 megapixels are right in between, and are what I'd recommend, as you dont want crappy pictures, but wouldnt care if you saw that shade of purple in the sunset or not. |
