I'm trying to check what type of motherboard my friend has to get drivers for it. And she lost the manual....can i find out what kind it is on the computer it self? if so how.

Maple, its not marked as motherboard is it? Cause im looking at the system summary thing, and i dont see motherboard.

I think that gives you the chipset or something not much to go on, if its listed it'll say "mainboard" more than likely, im checking through mine and don't see it though.

Get somethin like sandra and run it then you can see what board it is.

it should have a side panel that will easily come off - it'll give the make and model number on the board itself

Go there and run the PC Tuneup. It will tell you what she has under system after the test is complete.
