Does anyone here get side-aches when you run?

I get them everytime.

... and does anyone know or remember the best time they got when running the "mile" in school?

it called "stitches" you get it from not breathing right while running i believe. My best time was 5:30.

I ran the 800, 1600, and 3200 M in high school for my track team.

My best time was 4:38.

i've always sucked at the mile runs. I was alot better at sprinting. I even kept up with the black kids! rock:

I used to be able to run well, until i got asthma...usually top 3 in all my gym classes type thing.

Hell yeah!... i won't even run for a bus, fuck that, i'll wait for the next one, plus it's super hard to smoke while running...
