Hah, Guy is in school for 3 weeks and uses all the facilities, thats a pretty good idea....

Serrano denies eating in the school cafeteria -- he claims he would slip out to a nearby restaurant instead.

....either that, or go to jail for 3 meals a day, a warm cot, and free medical.

Apparently he's an immigrant from mexico with expired papers (a legal immigrant) and made bail and been offered a job with a construction company. But first he has to meet with the INS....
