some bad ass tires on there for wicked cheap. they have 5 Super Swampers for $35 and a set like that runs close to $1200

That's a conference phone. It basically a speaker phone that can connect to multiple phones at once. So anyone who can't be at the meeting can talk/listen over the speaker phone.
