weird web browser help (1 pic)
 

I really dont know what to say about this, i occasionally get this on some other sites, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, does it have something to do with my settings or the website itself?

when I click on download, nothing happens, so I right click the link and the I hit open link in new window and it says page cannot be displayed.

what's wrong guys? help me loney:
