Video/mpeg help

Anyone know the difference between the two videos on the left, and the one on the right?

The one on the right says under Type: "Movie File (mpeg)"

The ones on the left say under type: "Video Clip"

What I want to do is burn these three videos onto DVD. The video on the right, I have no problem doing so. However the ones on the left the program doesn't recgonize it. I am using NeroVision Express 3 to make the DVD, and it only recgonizes those clips that have the picture of the opening frame on them, and not the ones without.

Is there a way I can convert the videos on the left to the video on the right? They all work in WMP and in Power DVD.

You shouldn't hide the file extensions like that. spank:

I'm guessing the other 2 are avi's?

Doh.

Yeah they are.

So I tried TMPGEnc to convert, but it says it doesn't support it. Anyway, that maes more sense now. Just need to find out a way to convert these to mpeg,

thanks. beer:

I downloaded a program called WinAvi Video converter which did the trick.

Burnt the disc and everything works like things that work really well.

Thanks for the info fellas.
