A team-based multiplayer game that cast players in the Axis vs. Allies battles of Western Europe circa 1944, Day of Defeat: Source leverages the power of the Source engine to introduce integrated physics simulation technology, all new audio, updated maps, enhanced effects and more. You think DoD: S will be seperate from HL2?....mainly because the DoD out now is T rated, and HL2 is M...

They were meant to be making cs:source a standalone game as well and theyve yet to do that. Not even sure how to buy dod through steam since i already have hl2 bought from steam. oOo:

Of course you have to pay for it.. note the inclusions on the Steam Bronze/Silver/Gold packages.

geRV 02-22-2005 05:13 PM

Silver and gold halflife 2 owners got it with their steam purchase, bronze have to buy it, think its gonna be around $20 or so.

Still saying that on steam i dont have the option to buy it, just says "only one hl2 purchase per steam account" when i go to the preorder dod steam option.
