I thought they there was plans to make a second "internet" that the governments would control?
It was called Internet 2 or something like that. There idea is a bad idea, they need to do that Internt 2 thing.

The internet feels like the only sacred place left - It's pretty much lawless...The internet is a forum for world-wide conversation on a magmus scale and it's basically totally uncensored...I prefer it that way. I don't want to ever have to think twice about posting goatse as well.... ed:

internet should be corporate or privately owned by a myriad of company's and average people... like it basically is now.
