Something wrong with my internet explorer
 
You know when a page is loading, theres a loading screen at the bottom. My thing suddenly disappeared. How do I get it back?

It could also be some spyware....doubtful, run a prog just incase though..

Unlock the taskbar, then lock it again.

Your IE window didn't lose the bottom bar, it's just hidden behind the taskbar.
