I'm am on the last mission of MOH:AA I think, its called Fort Schmerzen:Conclusion.
As soon as the mission starts the whole place blows up and goes on fire and I cant run away cause the goddamn Nazis will kill me if I try to get out of the exit.

Yup Rambo style is the only way out of there. Try making regular quick saves with your F5 key on your way out and keep a keen eye out for med packs.
