I haven't read up much about the case but from what I have seen, he doesn't seem guilty. There is no murder weapon I thought. The only thing they have against him is that he was having an affair and was fishing at that lake that day.

If he is truly guilty, he should not be given the pleasure of being killed. He should rot in jail his whole life with no chance of getting out. The guys already in there would fuck him up for killing a wife and baby.

Guarnere, thats not reason to punish the guy. Bottom line is...if you want to "cheat" on your 8 month pregnant wife, kudos to you for having the balls....just don't snuff out her and the unborn childs life. Thats fucking twisted and deserves the most severe punishment known to man.
