with so many patches out for blood,guts,body puffs..etc. what would happen if i download them all. do some overide others.

I'm also curious as to which one is the best. I will probably take some time Sunday to get the MODs. I'm also curious if someone has a list of recommended MODs for everything whether it be weapons, blood, or effects.

im using elites bloodyremix mod4 and i like it though i havent tried many others
