no...I live on the Delaware River and the state is below PA.

well, in comparison to other states is what I meant. You usually never hear anything about Delaware in the news, and unless you live on the East Coast (or are studying the US), you don't really know that it exists. The same goes for Alaska and some NE and Mid-West states.
