Its Zen, like Hawk said, the images in both of these are somewhat 'Skewd' or 'stretched'. I image you are using PS, so keep this little trick in mind...

Hold down the shift key when you are resizing images, it forces an even size change.

I certainly prefere the new one to your current, because it is better constructed. If you need some help with tricks, tips, ect. feel free to hit the PM button.
