Looks sweet. Make me one.

Congrats on the new build. Should have when Athlon 64.

Other wise completely badass.

One suggestion is to clean up your wiring a bit. All those cables can be a major hinderance on cooling. Try running the longer ones behind the motherboard tray or behind the hard drive cage.

I thought that the wires that came with the power supply would make it clean looking but I was wrong. I will find a way to clean it up.

This is my first PC build, I have been a huge Dell fanboy for a long time but this PC building is fun. I cant wait to start overclocking, but that will be later on after I do alot of reading about it.
Plus I cant wait for Battlefield 2 biggrin:

if you want to overclock you shouldve gone athlon 64

Swill 04-30-2005 06:18 PM

Hey I was wondering about that. When I built my current pc, I had a major problem with wiring screwing up my airflow, which cause overheating. I looked all around the case for a possibility of how I can hide the wires. What I ended up doing is, behind the metal tray that holds the MoBo, I put all the excess wires back there. Whats a few other methods on how one can hide the wiring? I mean...to look CLEAN! lol I dont mind the extra work, would just like some advice.

ok ok I wont put it ;)

Putting excess wires behind the mobo tray (like you did) is the most effective way. Try running the wires from the power supply directly behind your cd/dvd drives. Then run them down behind the hard drive cages to where they are needed. So only what it needed shows. If you are chaining devices together try tucking the extra wire behind the cages or between devices. As for the huge atx cable... There isn't much you can do with that. Plug it in then try to coil it up tape the rest up at the top of the case near the psu. Use your imagination. If you have any empty 5.25 or 3.5" bays try tucking extra wire in there.

Awesome thanks for the ideas and different ways of hiding them. Never thought of the empyt drive bay thing. Thanks again
